SharePoint 喺 5 月有好多新嘢嚟喇！首先，CDN 會遷移到新嘅 Azure Front Door domain，組織要記住加 “public-cdn.sharepointonline.com” 嚟 allow lists，避免硬 code URLs。

• OneDrive 加咗 Data Risk Assessments，支持 AI 數據安全，public preview 喺中旬，GA 喺 6 月中。
  Data Loss Prevention 可以加 SharePoint sites 入 administrative units，preview 喺 4 月尾，GA 喺 6 月中。
• Record Center 即將退休，轉用更靈活嘅 retention 同 deletion options。
• SharePoint Agents Reporting 喺 Copilot Admin Center 有 trial data。
• Page Analytics 升級咗，News posts 有 long-term data、channel breakdowns、新 metrics、export 同 audience calculations。
• 新 Template gallery 有超過 50 個 out-of-the-box page templates，mid-2025 rollout。
• Document Translation 支持更多 formats 如 xlf、tsv 等。
• Dynamic FAQ Web Part 用 AI 自動 curate 同 update 內容，人類可 review。
• Storage Insights 新 tab 喺 M365 admin center，提供 quota insights 同 recommendations。
• Alerts 會逐步退休，由 7 月 2025 到 2026，建議轉用 Power Automate 或 SharePoint Rules。
• OneDrive 可以 export Word、Excel、PPT to PDF。
• Dashboard Web Part 適用所有 Team 同 Communication sites。
• Copilot 喺 Word 同 PPT 可以加 stock images、AI generate 或用 organization asset library。
• New FAQs Web Part 由 Copilot 驅動，6 月 rollout。
• PDF 有 Table of Contents navigation，mid-June 到 early July。
• 新 permission “View and upload” for Anyone links。
• Custom Agents 可以 deploy 由 Copilot Studio。
• PDF 加 customizable watermarks，mid-June。
• Permissions Report 喺 SharePoint admin center，list sites with permissions for user。
• Advanced Management for Copilot 包括 SharePoint capabilities。
